Lovely @sundaysketchingberlin yesterday at the Museum of Decorative Arts. We drew costumes from the 18th to 20th century for fantasy characters! 🎀🎀🎀

Today is International Holocaust Remembrance Day.

Had fun cutting and adding watercolor to various blotted line ink drawings I did in the past weeks for editorial work or in my sketchbook ✂️ 🎀😊

I was drawing vintage jewellery items for my @makeartthatsells portfolio bootcamp and thinking how to present them. I came up with the idea of an older, stylish, cool woman. It must have been some memories of my mother, who once told me, when she was about 40, that she will be a stylish old woman with red lipstick and extravagant looks. Unfortunately she died at 53 and I often think about this and about the privilege of getting old.

I was drawing more on the sketch I started yesterday at the museum and combined the pencil with acrylic markers.
